K9 Training Concepts' works directly with Monkey Tail Ranch Inc to provide Service dogs. The Monkey Tail Ranch focuses with those adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, and chronic anxiety. While the dogs are trained with the individual, services also include follow up training, consultations, as well as visits at the Monkey Tail Ranch including working with horses, gardening, and family overnight visits to the ranch.
Our puppies are raised in homes until approximately 10-12 months of age. We welcome, and encourage visits with your puppy during training, and spending a few days at the ranch with your family. We believe that receiving a service dog is a journey, and want to make sure the entire family is included in the process.
The service dog journey is a unique process, and we look forward to discussing the benefits of a service dog. The first step is a phone call or email to introduce you to the service dog program, and offer you some help in navigating the process.
